A Hornell man is facing several charges in connection with an apartment fire in Hornell last week.
According to WETM-TV, 27-year-old Denzel Brantley has been charged with second degree arson, a Class B felony, as well as two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, a Class D felony, and other related charges.
The fire started in the back of an apartment building on Ransom Street in Hornell shortly before 3 p.m. on Sept. 26th and engulfed the building.
No one was inside the building during the fire and no injuries were reported.
