The Horseheads Village Board recently approve special use permits for a pair of cannabis businesses in the village.
Most recently, the board approved a permit for a licensed marijuana dispensary for the old Denny’s restaurant location on Chemung Street in Horseheads. The owner of the proposed cannabis business still needs to get approval from the Office of Cannabis Management.
On March 7th, the board approved a special use permit for Upstate Cannabis, which is located on South Main Street.
