2 Broome Men Arrested for Stealing on Same Day at Kohls in Horseheads

Chemung County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested two men with Broome county addresses Tuesday and charged them with petit larceny at Kohl’s in Horseheads.


Nicholas D. Jewell

Nicholas D. Jewell, 40, of Binghamton was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor, after stealing from Kohl’s on County Route 64 in the Town of Horseheads. JEWELL was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Horseheads Court at a later date.

 


Robert M. Shearer

Robert M. Shearer, 38, of Johnson City was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor, after stealing from Kohl’s on County Route 64 in the Town of Horseheads. SHEARER was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Horseheads Court at a later date.
