James P. Yost Jr., 29, of Owego was arrested on Wednesday on an outstanding Bench Warrant for Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor, issued by the Town of Horseheads Court on Aug 16. Yost was arraigned in the Town of Horseheads Court and remanded to Chemung County jail on bail.
Yost was previously arrested on July 1 on an outstanding Bench Warrant for Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor, issued by the Town of Horseheads Court on June 27. At that time, Yost was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Horseheads Court.
