A juvenile was arrested on felony weapons charges after he was found with a loaded gun in Elmira.
According to Elmira Police, the juvenile was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, a Class C felony, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a Class D felony.
The charges stem from an investigation conducted by the Elmira Gun Involved Violence Elimination Unit.
The juvenile was processed and released.
