A Chemung County Grand Jury recently indicted a man for allegedly robbing a victim at gunpoint.
According to WETM-TV, Auturius L. Smith-Mack was charged with robbery in the first degree, an armed felony; robbery in the second degree, an armed felony; and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police said Smith-Mack forcibly stole shoes from the victim and injured the victim before pointing a pistol at them.
At the time of his arrest, Smith-Mack was allegedly found with a loaded .380 semi-automatic pistol and a 9mm semi-automatic pistol.
