The man convicted of killing a 15-year-old girl in Watkins Glen back in 2000 has been denied parole one more time.
The latest decision from the parole board came late last month after convicted murderer Joshua Horein was interviewed by the board on June 20th.
Horein was last denied parole in April. He will not be eligible for parole until June of 2026.
Horein murdered 15-year-old Amber Brockway in Watkins Glen on August 5, 2000.
The now-39 year old was just 16 when he pleaded guilty to second degree murder in March of 2001. He was given a sentence of 20 years to life in prison.
