The New York State Police have identified the victim in Sunday’s fatal crash in Horseheads.
According to police, 56-year-old Tony Catlin of Newfield was killed when his Toyota Camry rolled over several times on Lattabrook Road in Horseheads just before 7 p.m. on Sunday.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
