A Painted Post woman recently won $3 million dollars on a scratch-off ticket.
According to the New York State Lottery, the woman bought the $10 Xtreme Cash scratch-off ticket at the Painted Post Walmart.
After state and federal withholdings, she received a lump sum of over $1.4 million dollars.
