The bicyclist hit by a car in Elmira a few weeks ago has died.
Charles McIntire, 36, of Southport, died Monday as a result of the injuries he sustained from the accident.
Police say on April 12th, McIntire rode his bike into the path of 29-year-old Jennifer Champan’s car near the Walnut Street Bridge.
The Elmira Police Department is still investigating the accident.
