A 40-year-old Steuben County man is facing several charges following an investigation into a reported rape in Dansville back in September.
According to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Jamie Wolfanger of Dansville, was charged with assault, gang assault, robbery, criminal use of a firearm, grand larceny and conspiracy.
Wolfanger is being charged alongside other who have not been named by police.
Police said the suspects hurt someone, stole property in excess of $1,000 all while displaying a firearm.
Wolfanger was remanded to jail without bail.
