Two people were shot near Brand Park in Elmira on Wednesday evening.
Elmira Police Officers were dispatched to the area for a report of someone shot just after 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to police, two victims were found underneath the Allen-Berry Bridge. Both individuals were taken to a local hospital. Their injuries are not life-threatening.
