Chemung County lawmakers will vote on their 2011 budget plan Monday night.
The $168 million spending plan includes no cuts to services or positions. It also does not raise taxes for the sixth straight year.
A vote on the budget was postponed last month due to concerns about how to pay for unfunded state mandates. County Executive Tom Santulli blames those mandates for the increase in spending for 2011.
The Chemung legislature will meet at 7:30pm in Elmira.
