A Connecticut man has been charged with grand larceny, accused of taking $4,800 from a Broome County resident to upgrade their windows and never doing the work.
The sheriff’s office says that 47-year-old Donald Goss may also be responsible for at least 16 other incidents in the county, totaling $35,000 in work that was never done.
Goss was doing business under the name All Seasons Window and Siding.
He was released after arraignment in Town of Dickinson Court.
The case has been turned over to the Broome County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
