Endicott Police have arrested James Riddle, 25, of Endicott, for Burglary.
The arrest is the result of a positive DNA match of Riddle’s DNA and of DNA that was found on evidence from a residential burglary that occurred on Christmas Day, 2009 in Endicott.
Riddle is accused of unlawfully entering the victim’s apartment and stealing a computer and other property.
Riddle was arraigned in the Village of Endicott court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
