The Broome County SIU and the Endicott Police Department searched an apartment at 111 Jefferson Avenue Endicott.
The search uncovered approximately 15 grams of crack cocaine, a quantity of marijuana, packaging material, scale and approximately $3,000.00 cash.
Martise L. Felder and Janelle L. Cheeseboro were arrested in connection with the investigation.
Both Felder and Cheeseboro reside at the residence along with their 6 year old child.
Task Force members charged Felder with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Both Felder and Cheeseboro were charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child due to crack cocaine being discovered in an area easily assessable by the child.
Felder was arraigned in the Town of Union Court and remanded to the custody of the Broome County Jail and Cheeseboro was released on a Field Appearance Ticket.
