The 3-year-old Elmira boy who was abducted from his mother last night was found safe this morning at a hotel in Henrietta, NY.
An Amber Alert was issued for 3-year-old Jacob Ryan Rubin Davila early Wednesday after a man named Chris took the boy from his mother Tuesday night. That man and three others were taken into custody at the hotel around 10am Wednesday.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says Jacob is doing fine and they are questioning the four people they took into custody. None of them have been identified. Henrietta is near Rochester.
Police say the boy was found after the car was spotted by someone familiar with the Amber Alert.
