The Endicott Police have arrested David Rexer, 39, of Endicott, for felony Rape in the Third Degree.
The arrest is a result of an investigation into a sexual relationship that Rexer had with a then 16 year old female from November 2005 through May 2007.
The victim was a student and employee of Rexers at his Karate Academy on Washington Ave. in Endicott.
The investigation is ongoing and other charges may be filed at a later date.
Rexer was arraigned in the Village of Endicott court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
