An Endicott man has been arrested for the Town of Union Shooting which occurred on Carl Street late last month. 35-year-old Paul Warner has been charged with 2nd degree attempted murder. Warner plead guilty during his arraignment yesterday and was transported to the Broome County Jail without bail.
The victim in the shooting was taken to Wilson Hospital the day of the shooting with non-life threatening injuries. An update on the victim’s condition has not been given.
