An Endicott man accused of killing his 5-year-old son in May has been sent back to jail less than three days after posting $25,000 bail. 45-year-old Charles Burks is accused of threatening a 19-year-old and 21-year-old with a knife during a domestic dispute on Sunday. Burks has since been arraigned on his most recent charges and sent back to jail on $10,000 bail.
Burks is still facing numerous charges, including 2nd degree manslaughter, after allegedly administering a lethal dose of oxycodone to his 5-year-old son back in May.
