Matthew Basos, 27, of Endicott was sentenced to a state prison term of one to three years for his conviction on felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation charges.
He was also sentenced to concurrent thirty day term for the related traffic infraction of Driving While Ability Impaired.
Basos was found guilty of driving a vehicle on the Vestal Parkway on July 17, 2009 in an impaired condition and at a time when his driving license and privileges were revoked.
He had two prior convictions for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Ability Impaired.
