Michigan Police have released a cause of death for the former Endicott woman who was found buried last month underneath her boyfriend’s camper in Bay City, MI.
An autopsy shows that 33-year-old Lynn Spicer died of strangulation, according to a police report.
Her family says she moved to Michigan after meeting a man on the Internet.
Her boyfriend and her brother have both been arrested in connection with the murder.
A victim’s assistance group in Michigan paid for Spicer to be cremated. Her remains were sent to family members this week.
A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday.
