One person was killed and another hurt in a crash in Tompkins County.
State Police said a car and tractor-trailer collided at the intersection of Routes 366 and 13 in Dryden around 2:45 Saturday morning. According to investigators, 22-year-old Isaac Miller of Freeville was driving a 2002 Saturn northbound on State Route 13 in Dryden, drifted into the southbound lane, and collided head-on with a 2012 Freightliner tractor trailer driven by Alexander Spagnola of Tully, NY.
Miller died in the accident; Spagnola was treated at Cayuga Medical Center for minor injuries and released.
No citations have been issued at this time. The accident is still under investigation.
