Felony convictions in Bradford County Court send four Valley residents to state prisons

(Towanda, PA) – Bradford County District Attorney Albert C. Ondrey has reported the following resolutions of criminal cases in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas.

Jacqueline Lucy, 40, Sayre, PA, was sentenced to incarceration in a State Correctional Facility for 12 to 18 months, consecutive to other sentences, for the offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Felony. David Hart, of the Bradford County Detectives Office, arrested Lucy for the offenses occurring on October 7, 2020.

Harley Platt, 26, Troy, PA, was sentenced to incarceration in a  State  Correctional Facility for 12 to 36 months, fines of $850 plus court costs, consecutive to other sentences for the offenses of Fleeing and Eluding, a Felony; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Misdemeanor; and Driving While License is Suspended. Troopers Brett Cohen and Matthew Santiogo of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Platt following an investigation of incidents that occurred in Columbia and Canton townships on February 10, 2021, and February 19, 2022.

Ricky Peters, 39, Waverly, NY, was sentenced to Incarceration in the State Correctional Facility for 14 to 45 months and a fine of $1,000 for the offenses of Driving Under the Influence, Misdemeanor; two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance; and Driving Under Suspension, a Summary. His license will be suspended for 24 months. Officer Casey Shiposh of the Sayre Police Department arrested Peters for the offense occurring on June 28, 2021.

Roy Richardson, 29, Canton, PA, was sentenced to incarceration in a State Correctional Facility, for 14 to 84 months, fines of $2,500 plus court costs and loss of license for 18 months for the offense of Driving While Under the Influence, a Felony. Officer Andrew Whitehead of the Canton Police Department arrested Richardson for the offense occurring on October 16, 2021.
