There will be a free one-hour Fraud and Cyber Security seminar today. The presentations will cover tactics to identify and protect yourself from fraud, keep your financial information safe, and how to handle identity theft. The seminar is being hosted by Chemung Canal and Trust Company at the Tioga County Historical Society on Front Street in Owego beginning at 6pm.
