Guthrie Healthcare Systems broke ground on their new Pediatric Center in Sayre Tuesday.
The 9,000 square-foot facility will be built on Elmer Avenue. GHS says they need more space after adding 81 new doctors over the past two years.
The pediatric clinic will offer up-to-date technology and primary care services for children.
Guthrie leaders hope to have the clinic up and running by the end of April. They say moving pediatrics off the main campus will make room for a few different things, including an oral surgery office.
