A Hallstead, Pennsylvania man was arrested as a fugitive of justice during a traffic stop in Windsor. According to state police, 24-year-old Adam Esposito, was also arrested on drug charges on Saturday after he was stopped for not wearing a seat belt, and a probably cause search found prescription medication. After he was charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, the investigation revealed he was also wanted on a bench warrant out of Susquehanna County for the same charge. He was arraigned in Windsor Town Court and sent to the Broome County jail without bail.
