Several crews work into late hours to put out a fire at Blue Stone Grill. Fire crews were called at approximately 10:30 p.m. Thursday to the restaurant at 56 West Main Street in Hancock. It’s believed the restaurant was closed at the time. Six different fire departments from across Delaware County and Wayne County responded to the scene. Crews were working to put out interior flames until the roof collapsed. According to witnesses, it collapsed around midnight. There were no reported injuries putting out the fire, and there was minimal damage to surrounding homes. The fire was reported out 4:15 this morning. New York State Police and County Fire Coordinators were called to the scene. Delaware County Fire Investigators are looking into the cause.
