The prosecution is expected to rest its case today in Schoharie County Court in the murder trial of former Tioga County businessman Cal Harris.
A lot of testimony last week was similar to the prosecution’s case in Harris’s three previous trials.
One new witness in this trial had answered a few questions but then changed his mind on advice of a lawyer and refused to testify.
Gregory Farr, who was serving time for murder when Harris was sentenced to Auburn prison after second trial, claimed Harris made a comment about making his wife Michele Harris disappear.
Neither a body nor a weapon has ever been discovered. Harris is on trial for the fourth time on a charge of second degree murder.
