A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 7 am EST Monday.
* Locations: portions of The Finger lakes… southern tier of New York, Bradford County Pennsylvania and the northern Susquehanna region.
* Hazards: snow will increase in intensity late this afternoon and this evening. Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour possible.
* Accumulations: 9 to 13 inches possible by daybreak.
* Timing: heavy snow will continue through midnight before beginning to taper off.
* Temperatures: falling through the 20s.
* Impacts: heavy snow accumulations will make for treacherous travel overnight.
