An Owego-Apalachin School District bus rolled over on Saturday while transporting OFA’s volleyball team to a tournament north of Albany. The accident occurred at about 7:30am on Saturday near Oneonta. There were ten athletes, two coaches, and the bus driver on board. All 13 were taken to A.O.
