A Johnson City man is facing DWI charges after he drove his vehicle into the back of a parked police car on Main Street this week. Village Police say the officers were across the street investigating a disturbance when 57-year-old Barry Spencer struck the parked patrol car. No injuries were reported. Spencer was charged with DWI and operating without a license.
