An Elmira teen is facing kidnapping charges after police say he held his former girlfriend against her will.
Police say 18-year-old Tyler Pratt took the unidentified 17-year-old girl from the village of Horseheads to his residence in Elmira.
Pratt is now charged with second-degree kidnapping and unlawful imprisonment, both felonies.
He was taken to the Chemung County Jail without bail.
