October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and A New Hope Center in Owego is partnering with the Democratic Women of Tioga County to promote that awareness through a series of events, including its annual Little Black Dress event at Tioga Downs this Friday.
Tickets to the A New Hope Center fundraiser are $35 and can be purchased by calling A New Hope Center at (607) 687-6887.
