Tomorrow night there will be a meeting at 7:00 in the auditorium of the Tioga County Office Building at 56 Main Street in Owego with representatives from the Norfolk/Southern Railroad. Resident Vice President of the Government Relations Department Michael Fesen and Train Master for this area, Robert Cieri will be present to answer any questions and provide information about their operations. The meeting will cover topics such as; Who is Norfolk Southern Class 1 Railroad, Operations in New York State and the Southern Tier, Operations in Owego and there will be questions from the audience.
