A Norwich man is facing multiple charges after he tried to run another man down on a lawn. 42-year-old Terry Bartlett is facing charges of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, reckless endangerment, and endangering the welfare of a child. Police say Bartlett intentionally drove a pick-up truck onto the lawn with the intent of hitting a man while three children were playing in the yard. Bartlett was taken into custody without incident, and sent to the Chenango County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.
