The Tioga County Fair kicks off today. Gates will open at noon at the County Fair Grounds across from Price Chopper in Owego. Harness racing will take place from 1-5pm. Then horse pulls will begin at 6pm. General Admission is $5. Parking is free. The Tioga County fair continues through Saturday.
