Owego police arrested Angie M. Lawrence, 48, of Owego, for Burglary in the Second Degree (C – Felony), Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree (Felony), Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor) and Trespassing (Violation), following a investigation of Suspicious Female Trespassing on Erie Street. Owego police arrested William A. Alvoid, 37, of Owego NY, for Intimidating a Witness in the Third Degree (Felony) and Public Lewdness (Misdemeanor), following a investigation of suspicious male on Erie Street.
