Owego police make felony arrests for grand larceny, criminal mischief, DWI and burglary

Owego police arrested Angie M. Lawrence, 48, of Owego, for Burglary in the Second Degree (C – Felony), Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree (Felony), Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor) and Trespassing (Violation), following a investigation of Suspicious Female Trespassing on Erie Street. Lawrence was turned over to Tioga County Sherriff’s custody for arraignment at Tioga County Centralized Arraignment Court.

Owego police arrested William A. Alvoid, 37, of Owego NY, for Intimidating a Witness in the Third Degree (Felony) and Public Lewdness (Misdemeanor), following a investigation of suspicious male on Erie Street. Alvoid was turned over to Tioga County Sherriff’s custody for arraignment at Tioga County Centralized Arraignment Court and Remanded to Jail on $200 Cash and $400 Bail Bond.

Owego police arrested Charles N. White, 40, of Owego, for Grand Larceny (Felony) and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree (Felony), following a investigation of Trespassing and Theft of Cannabis Plant on Cove Street. White was issued Appearance Tickets returnable to the Village of Owego Court.

Owego police arrested James E. Cornell, 50, of Brooktondale NY, for DWI with a Previous Conviction (Felony), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of Motor Vehicle in the First Degree (Felony), Circumventing Interlock Device (Misdemeanor), Uninspected Motor Vehicle (Violation), unregistered Motor Vehicle (Violation) and Improper License Plate (Violation), following a traffic stop. Cornell was issued Appearance Tickets returnable to the Village of Owego Court.
