Pennsylvania State Police have taken a Bradford County man into custody and accused him of raping a five-year-old boy two times.
27-year-old David Washburn of Laceyville is facing three charges, including rape and corruption of a minor. State Police say he admitted to sexually abusing the boy at a Wyalusing Township residence on two occasions between May and December of 2009.
Washburn was sent to the Bradford County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for next week.
