A Pennsylvania man was killed in a car crash in Windsor over the weekend.
The Broome County Sheriff’s Office believes that 37-year-old Duane Allen Heeman of Hallstead lost control of his vehicle while rounding a curve on Route 79 Saturday morning. The vehicle went airborne, striking several trees and ending up about 75 feet down an embankment.
Heeman was found dead 20 feet away. He was not wearing his seatbelt.
The crash is still under investigation.
