The 2nd annual Paws for a Cause fundraiser is being held tomorrow at Hickories Park in Owego. The fundraiser is designed for both you and your dog to attend, and raises money for the Sarah Jayne Orton Memorial Foundation. The foundation raises money to benefit stray animals. At the fundraiser, there will be plenty of vendors, basket raffles, dog Halloween costume contest, and K9 unit demonstrations by local law enforcement agencies. The event runs from 11am until 3pm and is free to the public.
