The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to find six of the 31 people who were charged this week with running a massive heroin distribution network out of Ithaca. The suspects who remain at large include the alleged ringleader, Arthur “Wise” Erskine, who owns residencies in New York City and Ithaca. Other associates on the run include Zachary Kelly of the Bronx, Angelo LeGrande of Ithaca, Yvette King of Lansing, Nichole Spence of Ithaca, and Branden Schmeltz of Spencer. We have shared their mugshots on the WEBO Facebook Page. If you have any information on the whereabouts of these individuals, please contact your local police department. The 25 people taken into custody after the five-month investigation are currently in the Tioga County Jail and will be tried in Tioga County Court. A total of 217 criminal charges have been filed against the 31 people accused of being involved in the network.
