The Binghamton Police Department has named a person of interest in its investigation into a shooting which occurred earlier this week. 25-year-old Vernon Riddick of Endicott is wanted for questioning in connection to a shooting on Liberty Street in Binghamton on Tuesday. Riddick is described as a black male, approximately 5’7” tall, weighing about 150 pounds. He is not being regarded as a suspect at this time.
