Police Request Public Assistance in Convenience Store Robberies

The New York State Police at Endwell and the Endicott Police Department are investigating a series of robberies that have occurred at convenience stores in the Endicott and Endwell areas.
It is believed that the same subject is responsible for these crimes, dating back to January 5, 2011.
The latest robbery occurred on February 8, 2011 at approximately 5:00 a.m. at the Endwell Expressmart, 2105 East Main St Endwell, N.Y.
The suspect is described as a white male, possibly in his twenties, 5’09” to 6’0″ tall, having a medium build, a shaved head and with noticeable acne on both sides of his face.
The suspect was wearing a black jacket with sports type patches on the front and back, and blue jeans.
The suspect implied he had a weapon but no weapon was displayed in this crime.
In previous robberies a knife was displayed.
The suspect demanded that the clerk open the cash register which he reached into and stole an amount of cash. The suspect fled the scene on foot.
