Yesterday, a judge sentenced Ganesh “Remy” Ramsaran to the maximum of 25 years to life for second degree murder for the death of his wife. On Sept. 23, a jury found him guilty of second degree murder in the death of his wife, Jennifer, in December 2012. Ramsaran lashed out several times in court yesterday before the sentencing. After Monday’s sentencing and arraignment, Ramsaran was taken to state prison. Jennifer’s family spoke briefly with the media after sentencing and said that justice has been served.
