Congressman Tom Reed was met by a loud group of constituents on Saturday in Ithaca. Reed has been holding town hall meetings across his district, and the main topic continues to be health care. The Republican Congressman is part of the party’s efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act. He says they have the structure in place to repeal the act and replace it over three to four months. He also assured the crowd that Medicaid will remain, but says it will be improved. Reed told the crowd that he would bring their concerns back to Washington, DC.
