United States Congressman Richard Hanna, whose district includes a portion of the Southern Tier has reached across party lines to endorse democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. Hanna, a Republican congressman, has denounced comments made by Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump for months, however, this is the first time Hanna has denounced the nominee himself, saying that Donald Trump is unfit for the presidency.
