A Pennsylvania man is facing multiple charges related to child abuse for allegedly causing serious injuries to a two and half year old girl.
Ryan Plouse, 21, of Sayre, Pennsylvania is accused of causing a severe head injury to the child which investigators say is consistent with “shaken baby syndrome.” They say there was other abuse which happened over a two month period and included facial bruising and a broken rib.
Investigators did not say what the relationship was between Plouse and the child.
Plouse is facing multiple charges including aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment.
He was sent to the Bradford County Correctional Facility on $50,000 bail.
