Ryan Michael Plouse, 21, of Sayre has waived his right of arraignment in a Tuesday Bradford County Court appearance, effectively pleading not guilty.
He is facing charges as a result of injuries sustained by a 10 week old girl, who had symptoms consistent with shaken baby syndrome. The infant also had a broken rib and bruising.
The victim has since recovered.
Plouse’s next court date has not yet been scheduled.
