A Bradford County woman was found shot to death Wednesday.
Pennsylvania State Police were called to Snow Road in Litchfield Township around 1:30pm for reports that a woman had been shot.
When they arrived, they found 41-year-old Tara Shave of Sayre mortally wounded. She was taken to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, where she was pronounced dead.
State Police have not released any other information except to say that they are investigating.
Litchfield Township is just east of Athens.
